Brick sessions to practice your transition skills as well as getting the legs used to the feeling of running off the bike.

A club coach will be on hand to assist and you can do as little or as much as you like.

Feel free to do a run-bike-run, just a long run or any combination you want.  Racking is provided to replicate race settings so come and gain some vital seconds.
